We like to hike. It’s what we do. We were going to find a trail, but everyone was interested in getting closer to “the rocks” sticking out of the ocean. So, in between storms, we headed out.
I’m pretty sure Naso is flying. “C’mon guys!”
Campbell children walked and walked and walked . . . . . .
See the rocks? See the wind? Such happy people!
Storm rolling in . . .now we are running home – just hadn’t realized we were 3 1/2 miles away from home.
Hail! I’m covering Nora and trying to yell for Naso to come closer. Stinging. Crying. Ouch. Oops – we always need a little adventure to go with our adventure.
Still, you have to be pretty proud of these kids. 6 1/2 miles in stormy weather, and a story to tell.
View from our hot tub where we were recovering . . . . that stormy hike doesn’t seem so bad, now.
