Haha....I think it must be a thing with our shared genes because I always eat PB and syrup on waffles too! That looks good though. Good for you for sticking to it. Eating is my biggest issue, I'm addicted to sugar and can't seem to get away from it! I know it would help my running a ton if I could get control over my eating. Where did you get Jillian's eating plan?


I'm gearing up to go raw vegan again. It's the only way I have any real vitality, health, or energy for motherhood. And I want to enjoy it! :o) Thanks for the reminder . . . I need to get on that!
